Coningsby St Michael's Church of England Primary School
Believe. Aspire. Succeed.
As the Executive Headteacher, it is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to you and your family. At Coningsby St. Michael’s, we take great pride in being a part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT). Our mission is to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is celebrated, valued and given the support needed to achieve their full potential. Believe. Aspire. Succeed.
Located in the heart of Coningsby, close to the RAF base, our school enjoys strong community ties, which enrich the learning experience for all pupils. We believe in fostering a lifelong love of learning, and in promoting respect, care and compassion for each other. We strive to ensure that every child feels happy, safe and confident in their learning environment.
Our broad and stimulating curriculum is designed to spark curiosity and inspire a passion for learning. Our Christian values of Friendship, Perseverance, Compassion, Forgiveness, Thankfulness and Truthfulness are central to all we do. These values not only guide our academic work but also help shape our pupils into respectful, kind and responsible individuals.
A particular highlight of our school is our Forest School provision, led by our fully qualified Forest School Practitioner in our Mystical Garden. Children take part in hands-on outdoor learning that promotes resilience, teamwork, and well-being. The skills developed through this unique experience help build confidence and a deeper connection with the world around them.
We believe that strong partnerships with families are essential to ensuring the success of each child. Your involvement is encouraged and we work closely with parents to make sure each child’s needs are met, both academically and socially.
