Jelly baby

First they were handed a jelly baby each...

Next...the children collected resources to create a house/bed for their new baby

Completed homes...with some babies out on a walk/feeding time

All children managed to keep their babies alive all day at school, some even had a mummy and daddy group during break and lunch time. They really got into role as a parent as they covered it to ensure it didn't get too hot and made sure it was clean, fed and had somewhere suitable to sleep.

Miss Yarsley has set the class a challenge to see who can keep their baby alive the longest!
