Science

We completed our first science lesson this term looking at teeth! We loved learning about the different types of teeth and their functions. We even made models of them from marshmallows!

During science we went down to the mystical garden and talked about the positive and negative that we as humans as well as nature can have on the local environment. We talked about the flooding of the local area and the effect it had on the mystical garden.

We looked at what a vertebrates and an invertebrates are and used this to help us create classification key. We then created our classification keys into classification key branching data bases on the laptops.

We have been looking at living things and their habitats this term. We learnt about Carroll and Venn diagrams and how to classify animals using them.
