School Uniform

School Uniform

 

Children  are expected to attend school looking smart and proud to wear their school uniform. Expected items of uniform are listed below:

 

Boys:   The school red sweatshirt; grey or black trousers; either a red or white polo shirt or a white shirt.  Black school shoes (No trainers).

                                               

Girls:   Grey skirt/grey or black trousers, red or white polo shirt or a white blouse, school red sweatshirt or sweat-cardigan.  A cotton, red and white gingham dress can be worn for summer.  Black school shoes (No trainers).

 

General:

- Long hair to be tied up with school colour head band / bobbles / hair slides.

- No extreme hair styles or dyed hair colours.

- No nail polish to be worn.


Optional

Children are encouraged to use a book bag.

 

Clothing for PE and Games

 

Black shorts, white T-shirt or red T-shirt are to be worn for all PE lessons by all the children in school.  Children will also require a pair of trainers for outside PE lessons; however Reception children will not need them until the Summer Term.

 

For KS2, tracksuits are advisable during the winter months in order that the children may exercise outside throughout the year.

 

During PE lessons no jewellery is to be worn. If ear-rings are worn these must be removed by the child or taped over (children must bring their own tape). Long hair is to be tied back securely.

 

Please provide suitable bags to hold PE equipment.

Sweatshirts, sweat-cardigans, red or white T-shirts, red or white polo shirts, black or red reversible showerproof fleeces, black or red beanie hats and red caps all with embroidered badge, are available to be ordered from Uniform Direct - Online or in their Spilsby Shop.

While we understand that buying school uniform can cause financial hardships for some families.

We are able to support families and encourage parents to contact us if they are experiencing difficulty when purchasing uniform through our Pupil Premium fund and our Trust's Hardship policy.
