PE - Gymnastics

Owls have been using the themes of jungle animals to move around the space using different movements.

Children have been practising using agility, balance and co-ordination skills effectively today.

Children have been practicing their balance and performing shapes using bean bags and dodging quoits and then balancing quoits whilst dodging bean bags.

Children have been learning a routine where they have to use an entrance and exit position with a balance movement using 1,2,3,and 4 points of contact.

Children have been perfecting their routines this week and adding in additional balances.

This week the children have been learning how to use pencil rolls and tucks to add to their routines.
