Literacy

This week we have been reading the delightful story Six Dinner Sid in class.  We have been re telling the story and writing descriptions of Sid. 

Art and Geography

In Art we have started to make a 3D map of the local area following on from looking at maps and aerial photographs.  

Understanding of the World

In science we have been looking at the forces needed to move toys and equipment around EYFS.  The children have been identfying the forces they were using when exploring the different areas in EYFS. 

Understanding of the World

In geography we have been looking at the local area on Google Earth and on maps.  We have been talking about places in the local area which we visit and recognise.
