British Science Week 

On Tuesday this week we had an amazing STEM day with 2 STEM ambassadors from RAF Coningsby.  The children were tasked with the job of creating a carbon neutral village.  

The children in Mice class worked incredibly hard in creating a village in the classroom.  The village had a wind farm to provide clean electric for the village along with solar panels on the buildings. 

We had a farm in the village that provided food for the village so that this was not needing to be transported long distances, the children created cycle paths to encourage people to travel by bike and walk rather than using the car.
