This week we have been busy exploring our new fiction text 'Billy's Bucket.' We have learnt favourite phrases, explored how the characters feel and react and compared it to how we might have felt or reacted. 

We read tricky sentences to work out what was hiding in Billy's Bucket and created a giant bucket full of our amazing ideas. 

In our child initiated time we wondered how to make watery paper. We came across marbling and had a go at using the inks to make water and sand coloured papers for our creative area. 

In the courtyard we have been using our temporary beach and taking orders for ice-creams. 

We have been working on our balancing, throwing and accuracy skills in PE. We managed to keep beanbags balanced and move like animals!
