Literacy

This week we have continued with the story The Enormous Turnip.  The children have written their own stories changing one element of the story to make their own new story.  

Understanding of the World

We looked at our seeds that we planted last week to see if anything had changed.  We recorded what we saw on our bean timeline sheets.  We named the parts of the plant we could now see. 

Religious Education

In RE this week we have been finding out about Easter and the events leading up to Easter Sunday.  The children had a wonderful time trying out hot cross buns and talking about the significance of crosses to Christians.
