This week, we started our Science topic 'Materials'. We discussed the different materials that objects are made from and explored the scientist Charles Macintosh. We then looked at objects made from different materials, such as metal and plastic spoons, paper and plastic cups. We discussed the different materials these things were made from and then discussed why they were made from these materials. 

In English we have been exploring some pictures from our story 'A river'. We tried to use our inference skills to decide what might be happening in our story. 

After a busy start to the term, we finished the week with a much needed yoga session!
