Our class story at the moment is...

The Boy Who Grew Dragons by Andy Sheperd

We are looking at this text within our whole class guided reading sessions, having a high focus on key parts of the vocabulary, gaining an understanding to their meanings and how it is put into context. We will be sharing the text by listening to our teacher read who will model fluency and expression then using chorus and echo reading to read some of the following chapters. We will be focussing on each reading skill individually to help us with our understanding. 

Term 3;

This term we have been very fortunate in having Axl the reading dog to come and read with. 
We have loved reading to Axl and we hope he enjoyed our story reading too!
