Year 6 End of Year Expectations

Our church school value for term 6 is thankfulness.

The bible story of the term is The Armour of God Ephesian 6: 11-17.

Armor of God song

Memorize the Armor of God with this song! Kids love it! Based upon the Armor of God in Ephesians chapter 6 in the Bible. Visit Amazon.com or I-Tunes ("Armor of God" by LUMIN8 Children's Choir) to purchase - soundtrack also available! Like Scripture memory songs?

Over the last few weeks we have been lucky to visit BWA to take part in some brilliant coaching sessions held by ex-professional footballer Danny Webber and England netball star Natalie Panagarry.

PGL

We had a super time at PGL. We learnt lots of new things and challenged ourselves.

14.9.16

We have had a fantastic day today in our crime and punishment workshop. We have found out lots about punishments through the ages and even had a debate about whether we should bring back hanging. We saw lots of super acting and children for our end of year production.

This is Albert who came to visit us today.

Albert Pierrepoint was one of the last known executioner of the British Empire. He hanged many influential people, including Ruth Ellis. Our Crime and Punishment workshop lets children explore what crimes were like all the way back in Roman times.

Mystical Garden Celebration

We had a fabulous time making wind chimes in the mystical garden. Thank you to the parents who joined us and supported the children in the construction and decoration of their creations. They look amazing!
